        news Spinal Subdural Haematoma in Association With Anticoagulant Therapy, an Unusual Presentation. A Case Report and Review of Literature

        Summary points:A 78-year-old woman on an anticoagulant therapy for atrial fibrillation presents with sudden-onset headache and giddiness followed by an acute onset neuro-deficit in the left lower limb. Computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging of the spine, laboratory data, and surgery are described. The authors discuss a case of spontaneous, atraumatic subdural haematoma in association with anticoagulant therapy.
