Physical examination, laboratory data, computed tomography, colonoscopy, biopsies, laparotomy, surgery, and postoperative outcomes are described. The authors discuss a rare case of a primary locally advanced liposarcoma of the colon presenting as a large intraluminal mass in the right colic angle.
