        news A Postmenopausal Woman Presenting with Ekbom Syndrome Associated with Recurrent Depressive Disorder: A Case Report

        Summary points:A 77-year-old presented with recurrent and worsening depressive disorder that started in early middle age and did not respond to antidepressant medications as well as an intermittent sensation of vermin moving under her skin and pruritus all over her body. This case report details the clinical presentation, treatment, and outcome. The authors describe Ekbom syndrome and its epidemiology.
